We focus on the project idea and select the most suitable call for tender to face enterprises’ needs thus managing enterprises’ responses to new trends. We collaborate with university research groups and laboratories to create synergies with enterprises.

Activity Phases
PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS
- collaboration with the enterprise to elaborate the project idea
- identification of the most suitable call for proposal
ELABORATION OF PROJECT APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION
- search for partnership (if requested)
- preparation of necessary documentation
- support to conclude contracts with research groups and laboratories
PROJECT APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- if requested, data entering and editing in operating systems devoted to proposal presentation
PROJECT MONITORING
- besides project monitoring, elaboration of additions and amendments (if requested by Sviluppo Toscana, Regione Toscana)
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- if requested, project management activity to carry out the whole project
