The Foundation for Research and Innovation has drafted the three-year long “Gender Equality Plan” for 2024-2026 with the intention to promote a gender equality culture, stimulate the start of structural changes within the organization, overcome of gender gaps and tackle all forms of discrimination.
The actions outlined in the Gender Equality Plan address work-life balance, gender balance in the organizational culture, in leadership positions, and in resources recruitment, the integration of gender-related issues in research and third mission activities and the prevention of discrimination.

THE GEP Team:
The Foundation has established a working group that during the three-year 2024-2026 will be committed to implement the GEP actions and yearly monitor the planned activities and their corresponding performance indicators.
The GEP team consists of:
