NOVA Project
Nova Project set up a model of collaboration with University consisting in allowing enterprises access to university research as well as to technological and training services in order to face up to the challenges of competitive markets.
University of Florence, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Ente Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze, San Paolo S.p.A. worked together to:
- Collect enterprise technological needs and identify most adequate university research groups best suited to collaboration
- Strengthen and improve the relationship between enterprises and university, in the field of apprenticeships, internships and placement
- Facilitate collaboration between universities and enterprises getting to contractual forms and procedures as much as possible standard
The project initially involved 366 companies. Further to evaluation of the application submitted about 25 project were followed directly by F.R.I. and developed in collaboration with University of Florence.
