We work with enterprises, laboratories, research groups and institutions carrying out a systematic identification and prioritization of needs, problems and opportunities to be addressed through development projects
Project phases
The project design activity: feasibility analysis and concept planning, from the idea to the project.
Identification of priorities and levels of criticality, definition of the different phases and activities to be carried out, definition of the role of the involved parties, hierarchization of project goals and objectives
Development of indicatorsleading to effective monitoring and implementation of the project towards its final success, identification of possible risks and of all measures and strategies to avoid them.
Predisposition of budget outcomes.
Whenthe idea is clearly defined, we use our project management competencies to carry out the project.
